Open Records Request Form
Make a written request for public records.  You may provide this request one of three ways:

1. E-mail the open records request form, attention to the City Clerk.
2. FAX the request to (913) 845-9760 attention to the City Clerk.
3. Deliver in person or by postal mail a written request to City Hall with attention to the City Clerk at 526 E 4th Street, Tonganoxie, Kansas 66086.

Applicable charges are $0.25 per page plus actual staff time in half-hour increments to make copies.
