Update - Issue has been resolved for Software Program used for Water Park rentals, memberships, and other registrations
UPDATE - As of Friday, May 8, 2026, all issues with the system experienced earlier this week have been resolved and the system should be functioning normally. If you have any questions please contact City Hall.
Please be advised that starting on May 7, 2026 the activity management system utilized for the Tonganoxie Water Park memberships, rentals, and other business is experiencing technical issues that mean that users will either be unable to operate in the system or will experience very prolonged lags as they try to complete any actions on the site (https://tongiewaterpark.activityreg.com).
The City has contacted the software vendor and reported the issues and at this time there is not an expectation of a prolonged outage or lack of normal service. Further updates will be provided soon. Thank you.
