Notice of Call for Submission of 2026 Financial Support Requests to the City of Tonganoxie

The City Council is developing the Fiscal Year 2026 budget, which is applied to the period from January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026, from approximately March 2025 - September 2025. In order to help the City consider requests for financial support from local organizations each organization requesting funding should provide a written copy of the request for funding including the level of financial support requested and any contextual information that will be helpful in the City Council's consideration of the request. The City Council has previously utilized a framework of criteria for the evaluation of submitted requests for funding support and a copy of the criteria is attached for reference.  

All applications for 2026 funding from the City of Tonganoxie should be submitted via email to [email protected] or mailed/dropped off at City Hall, 526 E 4th Street, Tonganoxie, KS 66086 by the deadline of 2 PM on June 26, 2025 in order to be considered at upcoming City Council meetings, including a first review on July 7, 2025.
