RFP for Compensation Study and Benefits Survey - Released 03-01-2021 and responses due by March 29, 2021.
The City of Tonganoxie is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive wage study and analysis. In addition to the compensation analysis, the City is interested in better understanding the cost of Health Care benefits to employers of similar size (less than 50 employees).
