Mayor's Proclamation Request

A mayor's proclamation recognizes and celebrates in order to promote public awareness for causes, boost charitable fundraising efforts, highlight artistic and cultural contributions, and to bestow special honors upon individuals.

A mayor's proclamation will not be issued for matters of political controversy, ideological or religious beliefs, events or organizations with no direct relationship to the city, and campaigns and events contrary to City policies.

We ask that you submit the online proclamation request no less than 14 business days before you will need the completed proclamation.
