Office hours 8:00 – 4:30

The city clerk performs highly responsible administrative work as required by state statute for maintaining the public records, taking oaths of office, preparing the agendas for the city council, and providing a wide range of public information to elected officials, appointed bodies, public, and staff. The city clerk is also the records custodian for the City of Tonganoxie.

The court clerk is available daily during business hours.
