 | Training is of the utmost importance to this department. The department holds monthly meetings where staff in-service training is provided by departmental training officers and outside trainers. All fire fighters are encouraged to attend training seminars presented by the State Fire Marshall's office. Fire fighters are also encouraged to become certified as EMTs, First Responders, Para-Medics and/or Fire-Fighters. |  |
