The Tonganoxie City Building Inspection & Code Compliance Department strives to maintain updated regulations that provide for safety and appropriate access to all buildings in Tonganoxie. The division provides an effective program for timely reviewing, inspecting and permitting of construction, renovation and occupancy of all buildings and their appurtenances. Fair and impartial treatment is given to all citizens, builders, contractors and developers. The division also determines code compliance and responds to citizen code complaints.
