There will be time when you will have to file a police report. How do I do this. The first thing to determine is who do I file a police report with, the city or the county. The Police Department number is 913-369-3754. If beginning address has five numbers, such as 14985,in it then you file your report with the Leavenworth County Sheriffs department. The Sheriff's department number is 913-724-1313.
