 Hello, I am the Police Clerk for the Tonganoxie Police Department. I review reports and make sure they have been approved and checked for accuracy before entering them into the computer system. I also review officer daily logs. I provided our officers with training on new computer programs. In addition to record keeping, I am also responsible for information that needs to be disseminated to other police agencies. I also cancel warrants, comply with insurance agency requests for copies of reports, perform NCIC updates, validation requests and run background checks for governmental agencies. reports and make sure they have been approved and checked for accuracy before entering them into the computer system.
