Tonganoxie Chamber issues a call for nominations for scholarships, Business of the Year and Citizen of the Year

The Tonganoxie Chamber of Commerce will recognize the Business of the Year, Citizen of the Year and two scholarship recipients at an awards dinner on Tuesday, April 22nd.

The Chamber needs your help to identify the deserving candidates for the Tonganoxie Business and Citizen of the Year awards. In addition, the Chamber is issuing two $500 scholarships to one high school senior and one continuing education student who lives or works in Tonganoxie. Deadline to apply or nominate is Monday, April 7th at 5 p.m. Visit the Chamber's website to make a nomination or to apply!

Recipients will be selected and recognized at Chamber Awards Dinner on Tuesday, April 22nd at 6 p.m. at the Myers Hotel at 3rd and Main Street. Tickets are $15 and include a full dinner and keynote address from KCK/Wyandotte County Unified Government Mayor Mark Holland who will discuss economic development in the area.
